Daily Life of a Muslim

A Muslim usually gets up before the sun rises, with nature, and prays (meditates) to the Creator of all that exists. He will naturally use his will-power to get up early with the seasons and continue this ritual until he dies. This will provide him with the spiritual strength for his daily activities.

He will try to recite a page or two of the Qur'an, make supplication and have a healthy breakfast, preferably with the family. He will go to work half-an-hour early so he doesn't rush through his day, and will try to prioritize his most important tasks to do first.

Ideally, he will try his best to pray every compulsory prayer (Fajr, Duhr, 'Asr, Maghrib and 'Isha) in the Masjid. When he socializes, he tries not to back-bite or gossip, mainly advising and helping his brother in Islam (or his colleague in work). He lives a simple life, not buying unnecessary stuff, keeping his life uncluttered. He will try to do a physical activity of some sort, play a sport at least weekly and exercise regularly, eat healthily (for Allah's sake), and eat only good foods.

Family home: With his wife, his children, etc.

Social life: With his friends, gatherings, meetings,,,,
